Who is responsible
13th Floor Office (owned by Linguo Pro Solutions) is the data controller for everything you send through this site.
What we collect, and why
Your contact details, to reply to you. Your financial documents, only to prepare your free valuation and diagnosis. We do nothing else with them unless you ask us to in writing, for example to sell your business.
Where it is kept
Encrypted, on servers in the European Union. Only the person reviewing your business can see your files.
What we never do
We never sell your numbers, and never share them with buyers, partners or anyone else without your written consent. Benchmarks only use anonymous groups of at least 10 businesses.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the CNIL.
Terms
Free services
The valuation, diagnosis and courses are free. A valuation is an estimate based on what you send us, not a formal appraisal.
Paid work
Every paid engagement (sale of a business, CFO work, turnaround) starts with a written agreement setting out the scope and the fees.
Transactions
Where the law requires a licence, transactions are carried out with licensed partners (lawyers, notaries, regulated intermediaries).
