Yes. Your files are encrypted, stored in the EU and seen only by the person reviewing your business. Your numbers stay yours. They are used only to prepare your valuation and diagnosis, and nothing else, unless you ask us to act on them (for example to sell your business). Never sold, never shared without your written consent. You can ask us to delete everything at any time (GDPR).
Only in a turnaround, where part of our fee can be a share of the business, agreed in writing upfront. The free valuation and diagnosis, selling and CFO work never involve equity.
